As a result of the Application Deadline Submission extension to August 4th, the initial index values will be updated again on or before July 14, 2023, to the final values that will be used as starting values for purposes of the inflation adjustment.
On June 7, 2023, the BPU issued an Order updating the solicitation schedule, with Applications now due on August 4, 2023. The Solicitation Schedule page has been updated accordingly.

A Technical Conference was held on March 24, 2023 at 9:30 am EDT via webinar. During the Technical Conference, BPU Staff reviewed key details of the solicitation, including Application requirements and evaluation criteria. Representatives of DMAVA and MAOD also presented information regarding the Sea Girt NGTC and Larrabee Converter Station, respectively.

On March 6, 2023, the BPU Ordered the opening of the Application Window and issued the Solicitation Guidance Document for New Jersey's Third Offshore Wind Solicitation.
On December 21, 2022, Board Staff issued a revised Notice extending the deadline for written comments on the draft SGD to 5:00 p.m. ET on January 13, 2023.
On November 30, 2022, Board Staff issued a Notice of a virtual stakeholder meeting to discuss the draft Solicitation Guidance Document, including attachments, for public review and comment.
On February 24, 2023, Board Staff issued a Notice of a Request for Information related to New Jersey's Third Offshore Wind Solicitation.
