A Technical Conference was held for all prospective Applicants on September 29, 2020 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM EDT via webinar. Applicants were required to register for the webinar. During the Technical Conference, the BPU reviewed key details of the solicitation, including Application requirements and evaluation criteria.

Responses to Questions #23-36 were posted on November 30, 2020. The response to Question #4 was also updated.

Response to Question #37 was posted on December 2, 2020.

Application Form Update

An updated Application Form was posted on November 30, 2020 with minor corrections to labels, formatting, validation, and protection parameters.

Special Board Meeting

Please be advised that the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities will hold a Special Board Meeting on June 30, 2021 at 11:00 AM EDT regarding the Second Offshore Wind Solicitation.

NJBPU Announces Solicitation Results

On June 30, 2021, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities awarded offshore wind capacity to Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind and Ocean Wind II. Please see the press release and Board Orders for additional information.
