On April 30, 2024, the BPU Ordered the opening of the Application Window and issued the Solicitation Guidance Document for New Jersey's Fourth Offshore Wind Solicitation.
On March 6, 2024, Board Staff issued a Notice of a virtual stakeholder meeting to discuss the draft Solicitation Guidance Document, including attachments, for public review and comment.
