Inflation Adjustment

As of June 13, 2024, the Index_I,i values for the inflation adjustment mechanism, calculated as the average of the most recent available 12 months of data, are:

• Labor: 37.266
• Fabrication: 192.846
• Steel: 277.535
• Fuel: 79.823
• Copper: 391.934

The foregoing values are preliminary. In accordance with Q&A #42, the final Index_I,i values will be published in mid-October, in advance of the BAFO Submission Deadline.

Updated Application Form

The Application Form was updated on May 24, 2024.

The Application Form was updated on June 26, 2024 to allow Applicants to enter TSUCT values on the OREC Pricing Schedule worksheet that are consistent with the guidance in Q&A #90.

Technical Conference

A Technical Conference was held on May 15, 2023 at 9:30 am EDT via webinar. During the Technical Conference, BPU Staff reviewed key details of the solicitation, including Application requirements and evaluation criteria.

Scheduling Pre-Application Meetings

Per Section 2.4 of the SGD, prospective Applicants are required to participate in three pre-Application meetings:

• Rate Counsel and Board Staff
• NJDEP and Board Staff
• NJEDA and Board Staff

Prospective Applicants who have not yet scheduled meetings should email njoffshorewind@levitan.com with a request for meeting times, and assigned timeslots will be provided.

Solicitation Guidance Document Issuance

On April 30, 2024, the BPU Ordered the opening of the Application Window and issued the Solicitation Guidance Document for New Jersey's Fourth Offshore Wind Solicitation.
